Ruben Studio Pet began with one dog—Lukas.
Before he came into our life, I had never experienced the bond people talked about with their pets. Over the years, he became my constant companion, traveling beside me, waiting in the studio, and reminding me how deeply animals become part of our lives.
That connection inspired this studio.
Every portrait is drawn entirely by hand in my Los Angeles studio using professional graphite on premium paper. There are no prints, digital filters, or AI-generated shortcuts—just hours of careful observation, patience, and craftsmanship.
Each commission is an original work of art, created one portrait at a time. Whether you’re celebrating a lifelong friend, marking a special milestone, or honoring a cherished memory, your portrait is made to become a lasting keepsake for generations.
