FAQs

The standard turnaround is 10–20 days from the time your photo is approved. During busy seasons (holidays, gifting periods), it may extend slightly. If you have a deadline, mention it in your request and I'll do my best to accommodate.

You can choose between 'In a Tube' (rolled in protective archival tissue, shipped in a sturdy tube — included free) or 'Deluxe Cachet' (flat, matted and presented in a presentation folder — $35). Both are shipped insured via tracked courier.

Yes. I ship worldwide. International shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs. Shipping costs are calculated and confirmed before the portrait is sent.

Graphite and acrylic works are delicate. Keep the portrait out of direct sunlight to prevent fading, frame it behind UV-protective glass, and avoid humid environments. Never wipe the drawing surface — if cleaning is needed, use a soft brush. I provide a care card with every piece.

A clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo works best. Natural daylight is ideal. Avoid blurry or heavily filtered images. The better I can see your pet's eyes, fur texture, and expression, the more lifelike the portrait will be. You can send additional reference photos too.
