Shipping Policy

Each portrait is carefully packaged by hand to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Please review the details below regarding production time, shipping methods, and delivery.

Production Time

Because every portrait is drawn by hand, production time varies based on the medium, size, and current studio queue. Typical turnaround is 2–4 weeks from the date your commission is confirmed and your reference photo is approved. You will receive updates as your portrait progresses.

Packaging

Portraits are shipped flat or rolled depending on size, protected in archival-quality materials and rigid mailers or tubes to prevent damage during transit. Larger pieces are packaged with additional reinforcement.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via tracked courier services. You will receive a tracking number by email once your portrait has shipped. Shipping confirmation is also visible in your order status.

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship within the United States and internationally. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by the destination country; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event your portrait arrives damaged, please contact rubenstudiogallery@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund at the artist's discretion.
