These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ruben Studio Pet website and the commission of custom hand-drawn pet portraits. By placing a commission or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Commissions & Orders

All portraits are hand-drawn originals created by Ruben Baghdasaryan. When you submit a commission request, you are entering an agreement for the creation of a custom artwork. Orders are accepted at the artist's discretion and are subject to availability and scheduling.

Reference Photos

You are responsible for providing clear, high-quality reference photos and for confirming that you have the right to use them. By submitting a photo, you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it for the purpose of creating a portrait.

Artistic Interpretation

Each portrait is a hand-crafted interpretation of your reference photo, not an exact reproduction. The artist retains creative discretion over composition, technique, and finishing details. Slight variations from the reference are inherent to the handmade process.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed on the commission page and may change at any time. The price in effect at the time your commission is confirmed is the price you will be charged. Payment is processed securely through Base44 Payments at checkout.

Ownership & Copyright

The finished physical portrait becomes your property upon delivery. However, the artist retains copyright over the artwork and reserves the right to display completed works in the portfolio, on social media, or in marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing prior to commissioning.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of your commission applies to your order.
